"i would absolutely steer clear of state farm especially tom gorski office for your auto policy. their office employs deceptive pricing techniques and will quote you your auto insurance for one price and then down the line inform you that you actually owe them a lot more. if you enjoy being quoted a price, paying it in full, and then being informed you owe them more money for extra coverage that you declined from the get go, then this is the office for you! absolutely horrible, be warned."

"Update: After canceling my policy, I was falsely charged $300. I emailed twice over two weeks - no reply. I called - no answer. Finally, after texting, Camilo forwarded me a generic email with no explanation of the false charge. Only after I sent a screenshot of my unanswered email did I get confirmation that a refund check would be mailed. They would have kept the money if I hadn’t followed up relentlessly for weeks No explanation. No apology. Disgusting. After Joanie left, my account was passed to Tom Gorski, though I’ve never heard from him directly. Camilo seems to handle communication, but getting a response is almost impossible. On average, it takes me six attempts just to get a basic response. I’ve been trying to make important updates to my life insurance policy, and the lack of follow-through with Camilo and Tom has been incredibly frustrating. Between the poor communication and high premiums, I ended up canceling my policy."

She was warm, receptive and answered all my questions and had full explanations which were easy to understand. She also added information about coverage for wildfires and general information about driver ratings and insurance rates. I can’t imagine how the call could have been any better!
