I’ve switched insurance companies a few times over the years, so I know how the process usually goes but speaking with Christina was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was incredibly friendly, funny, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.

I felt like I was really being taken care of. I loved that she was completely straight to the point, answered all of my questions efficiently, and never made me feel stupid, a condescending vibe I unfortunately tend to get all too often when dealing with men in this industry.

"I have had State Farm since I can remember but the Tom Gorski office is by far the best in service and incredibly delightful to talk to when you need anything. Even if it's a simple sending of an ID card for proof of insurance, or something major. They handled my claim years ago on an accident and every step of the way I was hands off, they fully had my back from start to finish. Every time I call them I have full confidence that what ever it is they will help get it handled. It's rare you get agents and staff that are really there to truly drop everything to help YOU. "i would absolutely steer clear of state farm especially tom gorski office for your auto policy. their office employs deceptive pricing techniques and will quote you your auto insurance for one price and then down the line inform you that you actually owe them a lot more. if you enjoy being quoted a price, paying it in full, and then being informed you owe them more money for extra coverage that you declined from the get go, then this is the office for you! absolutely horrible, be warned."
